Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and lead our restoration team. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the restoration industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all branch operations, including production, sales, and administration
- Drive revenue growth through business development and client relationships
- Oversee project management to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
- Maintain relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, and commercial clients
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 5 years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, or related field
- Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold remediation processes
- Experience managing P&L and driving profitability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, emergency-response environment
- Certifications (preferred): IICRC, OSHA
