Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, schematics, blueprints, and contract specifications.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and maintain detailed documentation for all project phases.
- Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders to promote transparency and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality standards and address any construction site challenges.
