SERVPRO of Sarasota
Water/Fire & Mold Remediation Techs
At SERVPRO® of Sarasota, you'll be the person a family calls on one of the worst days of their life — and the reason they get to breathe easy again. As a Restoration Technician, you'll join a close-knit crew that shows up for customers and for each other, turning water damage, fire damage, and mold into “Like it never even happened®.”
This isn't just a job with a task list. It's a chance to genuinely help people, learn a skilled trade, and grow alongside a team that works hard, looks out for one another, and still finds time to laugh on the job.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work hands-on across water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, and mold remediation — extracting water, setting up drying equipment, cleaning and deodorizing affected spaces, and safely removing contaminated materials. You'll document your work along the way and communicate with customers with clarity and compassion, because how you treat people matters as much as the work itself. Above all, you'll collaborate closely with your crew chief and teammates, following safety standards that keep everyone protected.
Why You'll Like It Here
• A genuinely fun, supportive team environment — we take the work seriously, not ourselves
• Real opportunity to learn a trade, earn industry certifications, and grow your career
• The satisfaction of directly helping people recover from a disaster
• Competitive pay with room to grow based on merit

• Solid communication skills, plus basic math and computer skills

• Ability to pass a background check, subject to applicable law
• Basic iPad/iOS skills
