We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Production Manager to to lead our team of mitigation (water damage, fire, biohazard) and remediation (mold) crew chiefs and technicians. This role requires strong field knowledge, project control, and insurance documentation experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in water mitigation / mold remediation / fire cleanup restoration projects
• Strong understanding of IICRC standards (S500)
• Ability to manage people across multiple losses simultaneously
• Experience with Xactimate and insurance coordination
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills
• Leadership skills to manage crews and communicate with homeowners and adjusters
• Post-mitigation construction knowledge and experience a strong plus
