Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Coordinate daily site activities, including sch, schematics, and technical documentation review.
- Conduct site inspections using tools such as an ohmmeter or other testing equipment to verify electrical or structural integrity when required.
- Collaborate with project managers on scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar software to ensure timely project delivery; assist in construction estimating and budgeting efforts.
Skills
- Extensive experience in construction site management with proven supervising experience in large-scale projects.
- Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other project scheduling tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, contract administration, and project scheduling techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately; familiarity with construction schematics is essential.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures; capable of conducting safety training sessions.
- Hands-on experience with construction site operations including heavy equipment use and testing tools like ohmmeters.
- Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Knowledge of pipeline construction processes is a plus; experience supervising diverse trades is highly valued.
