Restoration Crew Lead

Experienced Restoration Professionals Wanted!

SERVPRO of Lynnwood is looking for an experienced Restoration Crew Lead who can confidently lead crews and manage the day-to-day execution of water, fire, and mold restoration projects. This role operates on a flex schedule and requires one weekend day. The specific schedule will be based on business needs but will consist of consistent, set workdays.

This is not an entry-level restoration position. We're looking for someone who already understands the restoration process, has experience leading work in the field, and holds current IICRC certification(s).

The right candidate can step onto a job site, assess what needs to happen, organize the crew, communicate with the customer, and keep the work moving safely and efficiently while maintaining SERVPRO and IICRC standards.

What You'll Do:

As a Restoration Crew Lead, you'll serve as the on-site lead for mitigation and remediation projects and be responsible for both performing restoration work and directing the crew.

• Lead and work alongside crews on water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects
• Direct daily job-site activities and assign work to technicians
• Perform and oversee extraction, demolition, structural drying, remediation, cleaning, and contents handling
• Assess affected areas, determine restoration methods, and set up and monitor drying equipment
• Ensure work meets company procedures, IICRC standards, and safety requirements
• Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and moisture readings
• Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and internal teams
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
• Coach technicians on restoration methods and job-site expectations
• Perform light construction work as needed
• Participate in a pre-scheduled on-call rotation

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on water, fire, mold, or property damage restoration experience
• Previous experience leading restoration crews or independently running job sites
• Current IICRC certification(s); WRT strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, demolition, and remediation
• Experience with professional restoration and drying equipment
• Ability to maintain accurate job documentation and follow restoration protocols
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding field work

Applicants without professional restoration experience and current IICRC certification will not be considered for this Crew Lead position.
