Restoration Technician Responsibilities
- Respond to water/fire damage emergencies
- Perform cleanup, demolition, drying, and restoration work
- Operate restoration equipment
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and job documentation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Lead and supervise restoration crews
- Manage job schedules and quality control
- Communicate with customers and project managers
- Train technicians and ensure OSHA safety compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Valid driver’s license
- Can pass a background check according to industry standards and company policy
- Construction, restoration, cleaning, or trade experience preferred
- Supervisors should have leadership or industry experience
- IICRC Certification
- Construction or restoration background
