Operations Manager

SERVPRO of Grays Harbor & Pacific Counties, based in Aberdeen, WA, is looking for a driven, hands-on Production Operations Leader to oversee our mitigation field operations. In this key leadership role, you’ll manage the day-to-day performance of our production team, ensure projects run on time and within budget, and play a direct role in developing and coaching your crew. You’ll also be a vital link between departments, working closely with rebuild and restoration teams to deliver top-notch customer experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on field leadership, continuous improvement, and balancing strategic oversight with on-the-ground action.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mitigation production team, including scheduling, task delegation, and field oversight
• Support and facilitate technical training, safety standards, and process adherence
• Coach and develop employees through regular feedback, performance reviews, and hands-on mentorship
• Ensure team alignment with job scopes, timelines, and budgeted labor/material costs
• Collaborate with rebuild and restoration teams to ensure smooth handoffs and project flow
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve issues
• Monitor job performance metrics and implement process improvements where needed
• Uphold SERVPRO’s high standards for service, safety, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in construction, restoration, or field service industries
• Strong team management skills, with a passion for coaching and developing others
• Ability to manage multiple projects while staying organized and on schedule
• Knowledge of job costing, budgeting, and resource planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in project management systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Bonus if you have:

• SERVPRO experience or IICRC certifications
• Knowledge of Xactimate or job management software
• Spanish/English bilingual skills
