As a future Restoration Supervisor, you’ll support and eventually oversee restoration projects from start to finish—ensuring quality work, a safe jobsite, and a positive customer experience. What You’ll Do
- Learn to assign, coordinate, and perform work activities on restoration projects to meet service needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support and supervise Restoration Technicians, communicating clear expectations and maintaining quality control
- Assist in identifying safety hazards and implementing proper safety measures
- Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided
- Help manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution
- Perform vehicle, equipment, and facility maintenance as assigned
- Continue developing restoration expertise, including equipment, cleaning products, and industry standards
- Provide excellent customer service as a front‑line representative of our brand
- High school diploma/GED
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, working in tight spaces, climbing ladders, etc.)
- Willingness to work extended hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- IICRC certifications are a plus
