- On-Site Leadership: Lead a team in water, fire, and mold restoration, ensuring the "SERVPRO Standard" is met.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary contact for the homeowner; explain the process to reduce their uncertainty.
- Technical Documentation: Accurately log moisture readings, photos, and job notes into our software for insurance purposes.
- Manual Labor: Lead from the front—perform demolition and heavy lifting (50 lbs) alongside the crew.
- Experience: 1 years of Restoration or Construction Leadership is required.
- Tech Savvy: High comfort level using mobile software/tablets for real-time data entry.
- Physical Ability: Must be an active leader capable of heavy labor in various environments.
- Screening: Must have a valid Driver’s License, pass a background check, and pass a drug screen.
