We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and positive Project Manager to join our growing team in Redding North Shasta.
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing restoration projects from initial inspection through final billing and collection. This includes estimating, coordinating crews and subcontractors, communicating with customers and insurance adjusters, maintaining documentation, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and profitably.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Inspect residential and commercial properties for water, fire, mold, and other restoration needs
- Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate
- Create and maintain drying documentation using DryBook
- Complete moisture maps and inspections using MICA
- Develop scopes of work and job plans
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and equipment
- Schedule and oversee all phases of the project
- Communicate regularly with customers, insurance adjusters, and office staff
- Ensure all required forms and documentation are completed, including authorizations and certificates of satisfaction
- Monitor budgets, job costs, and profitability
- Review invoices and assist with billing and collections
- Perform final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to emergency losses as needed
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance adjusting
- Proficiency with Xactimate required or strongly preferred
- Experience with DryBook, MICA, and moisture documentation
- Strong understanding of water, fire, and mold mitigation processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Certifications
- Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification certifications such as WRT, ASD, AMRT, or FSRT are a plus
