- Oversee daily operations of mitigation projects, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Manage and train a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the scope of work and develop action plans.
- Maintain communication with clients, insurance agents, and team members throughout the process.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures on all job sites.
- Utilize industry-specific software for project management and reporting.
- Assist with business development efforts to grow the mitigation division.
- Proven experience in disaster restoration or related field, with management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold mitigation processes and techniques.
- Valid IICRC certifications in water damage restoration and mold remediation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
