- Certified Senior Mitigation Technician
- Crew Leader / Production Manager
- Contents & Specialty Restoration Specialist
- Reconstruction & Carpentry Specialist
- Estimator & Project Manager
- Respond to property emergency calls involving water, fire, smoke, or mold damage.
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and demolition (removing damaged drywall, flooring, etc.).
- Set up and monitor industrial air movers, dehumidifiers, and specialized restoration equipment.
- Assist with inventory, equipment maintenance, and keeping company vehicles loaded and clean.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
- No Experience Required: We teach you everything you need to know!
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical restoration tasks (stretching, bending, standing).
- Ability to participate in a rotating emergency call schedule (overtime opportunities available!).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Starting Base Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hr (depending on experience or transferable skills).
