Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact during Fire & Water emergencies, coordinating response efforts efficiently and decisively
- Respond to live emergency alerts 24/7
- Assess property damage and secure work authorizations.
- Provide support for families in crisis.
Requirements
- Proven track record in "one-call close" sales.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Minimum 2 years of restoration or insurance claims experience. (preferred)
- Strong empathetic communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean background.
- Understanding of commission compensation.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
