Lead Water Technician
Location: Ramona, CA

We are hiring an experienced Water Technician / Production Manager to lead water mitigation projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing crews, quality control, documentation, and customer communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and perform water mitigation and structural drying
- Supervise and support water technicians
- Ensure IICRC-compliant work and safety standards
- Oversee job documentation, moisture readings, and photos
- Communicate with homeowners and adjusters
- Participate in on-call rotation
Requirements:
- 3 years water mitigation experience
- IICRC WRT required (ASD a plus)
- Leadership or crew management experience
- Valid driver's license
