Construction Project Manager for SERVPRO

SERVPRO, a premier national cleanup & restoration company is expanding and seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager.

Job Description:

The prospective manager will have previous experience as a Construction Project Manager in the insurance restoration industry.

Some duties or functions of the job are as follows:

• Must be able to scope, estimate, and manage rebuild projects. It is best if you are knowledgeable in both interior and exterior.
• Must have a qualified network of subcontractors for the various trades involved in a loss.
• Markets to potential clients including Adjusters, Property Managers, Insurance Agents, etc.
• Reviews job scope and estimate with customer and insurance representative to obtain approval to begin projects.
• Ensures all proper paperwork, permits, and payment schedules are in order before job begins as well as closed and completed.
• Create job schedules and issue work orders to subcontractors.
• Maintains excellent communication with customer and insurance representative throughout the entirety of the job.
• Review and sign off on all work completed by subcontractors.
• Ensures that any quality issues are quickly resolved.
• Daily review of job with management.

Skills and/or Knowledge Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of building and construction including materials and methods needed to complete projects.
• Ability to control costs without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to read plans and blueprints.
• Ability to manage, motivate, guide, and direct subordinates.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $70k - $90k salary plus commission.

Job Type: Full-time with rotating on-call weekly shifts.

Additional Requirements:

• A valid Drivers' license with 2 points or less.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft.
• Also must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
