SERVOLIFT LLC, a leading manufacturer and supplier of specialized equipment for the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a mechanically inclined, computer-savvy, and motivated individual to join our sales team.

No previous sales experience is required. We will train the right person!
Position Overview
You will initially work alongside our experienced sales team, providing essential support in preparing customer quotations, processing orders, and learning our extensive line of highly specialized equipment.
Because much of our equipment is custom-engineered, becoming a successful technical salesperson at SERVOLIFT requires years of hands-on learning and experience. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and gradually take on greater responsibility, ultimately developing into a full-fledged Technical Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage customer orders in our ERP system.
- Assist our sales team in preparing quotations and proposals.
- Learn our product lines, technical specifications, and custom equipment applications.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and manufacturing personnel.
- Help coordinate customer inquiries, pricing, and order documentation.
- Develop the technical knowledge necessary to eventually manage customer accounts and sales projects independently.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude is essential. You should be naturally curious about machinery, equipment, and how things operate.
- Proficient with computers, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple assignments.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn complex technical products and applications.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and interested in long-term career development.
- Technical education, mechanical experience, or an engineering background is a plus, but not required.
