Role Description
The Veterinary Medical Director will oversee and lead veterinary medical operations at our Torrance, CA location. This full-time, on-site role involves managing clinical practices, mentoring the veterinary team, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, collaborating with other specialists, and fostering relationships with pet owners to deliver exceptional service. The Medical Director will also contribute to practice growth and compliance with veterinary best practices.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Medicine, including diagnosis and treatment of animal health issues
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other Physicians and veterinary specialists
Excellent leadership, management, and mentoring skills
Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and team members
Doctoral degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) with applicable licensure
Commitment to continuing education and staying up-to-date with advancements in veterinary science
Passion for animal care and client education
Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
