Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to support a Department of Justice program in Washington, DC. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and deploying Pega-based applications while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. This position requires daily on-site work at the client location.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform (PRPC).
- Customize and configure Pega solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems and enterprise platforms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance concerns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and security requirements.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience developing applications using Pega PRPC.
- Experience with Pega application development, configuration, and architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Must be willing and able to work on-site at the client location five days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pega certification such as:
- Certified System Architect (CSA)
