Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to support a Department of Justice program in Washington, DC. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and deploying Pega-based applications while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. This position requires daily on-site work at the client location.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform (PRPC).
• Customize and configure Pega solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems and enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance concerns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and security requirements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using Pega PRPC.
• Experience with Pega application development, configuration, and architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Must be willing and able to work on-site at the client location five days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pega certification such as:
• Certified System Architect (CSA)
• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
• Experience with enterprise application integration and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
