What are the responsibilities and job description for the Special Education Ed Tech III - Resource Room position at ServingSchools?
DESCRIPTION: Plan and deliver instruction under the guidance of a Special Education Teacher. As an ed tech III, you may be providing direction individually or in a small group, or supporting students in a classroom.

Applicants should be willing to learn or have the following skills:
- Experience working with students who have special needs preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff
- Ability to follow Individual Education Plans and implement behavior plans necessary
- Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques in the area of literacy and mathematics preferred
- Ability to use strategies (Safety Care) to maintain safe student behaviors
- Ability to work as part of a team required
