We are currently seeking a School Nutrition Worker to support Hall Dale school kitchens. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring students receive nutritious, high-quality meals in a clean, safe and friendly environment.
This Position is Monday through Friday (5) hours a day.
Key Responsibilities
SALARY: $18.25/hr. (Step 1) -$21.80/hr. (Step 4) Based on Experience and the Custodian, Drivers and School Nutrition Bargaining Agreement .

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast & Lunch according to USDA and district guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and cafeteria
- Traveling between school sites to fill in as needed
- Operate kitchen equipment safely & efficiently
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
- High School diploma or equivalent (HiSET)
- Valid Maine CHR-C (background & Fingerprinting)
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Knowledge and use of a computer
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Flexibility and a positive attitude are a must
