- Ability to drive student and teacher growth and achievement
- Demonstrate and implement effective assessment systems and analyze data to inform decisions
- Ability to provide and support teacher growth, through high-leverage feedback via classroom observations
- Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders, i.e., teachers, students, families, colleagues, and community
- Have a deep knowledge of effective literacy and numeracy instructional practices
- Foster a collaborative school environment with stakeholders to cultivate a positive climate and support students' academic and social-emotional development
- Strong organizational skills, careful attention to detail, and follow-through
- At least 3 years of teaching experience - required
- 040 certification - required
