- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to foster caring, trusting relationships with students, staff, parents, and community members.
- A capacity to inspire and guide teachers and support staff in research-based best practices.
- A strong track record in the supervision and evaluation of personnel.
- Familiarity with using data to inform instruction and with effective use of instructed technology.
- Maine Department of Education Building Administrator Certification and a Criminal History Records Check.
