Digital Communications Operations Specialist

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Experience managing website content and working with website platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Understanding of digital accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG)
- Experience with email platforms and digital tools (e.g., Emma, GiveCampus)
- Strong attention to detail and content accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital content management, web support, or related field
- Experience in higher education or similarly complex organizations
- Experience with website content management systems
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and digital compliance
