Role Summary
GrowWell Child Psychology is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of expert consultants in a half-time capacity. This role focuses on providing high-quality, behavior analytic consultation across multiple school districts to support students, staff, and systems. The successful candidate will act as a primary resource for school teams, emphasizing the building of internal capacity through evidence-based evaluation, staff training and coaching, and the development and implementation of robust function- and trauma-informed behavior support plans.

Primary Responsibilities
The BCBA Consultant will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of students and supporting their teams, including:
- Behavioral Evaluation: Conducting comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments and providing data-driven recommendations for educational programming.
- Plan Development: Designing and revising function-based Positive Behavior Support Plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Evidence-Based Practice: Utilizing research-backed methodologies for objective progress monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
- Staff Coaching & Consultation: Providing direct training and ongoing consultation to teachers, educational technicians, and administrators to ensure the fidelity of behavior change interventions.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Working alongside educators, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student success.
- Schedule & Calendar Alignment: Maintaining working hours and schedules aligned with public school calendars, including participating in before- and after-school meetings as needed.
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) in good standing.
- Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience working within public school settings and a deep understanding of school-based behavioral systems.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including parents, advocates, and school leadership.
- Clinical Expertise: Commitment to selecting and implementing appropriate, functionally-indicated, and evidence-based behavior change interventions.
