Falmouth Athletics is seeking a candidate for the position of Assistant Varsity Outdoor Track Coach
Job Responsibilities/Characteristics Include
Falmouth Public Schools are located in three buildings on a 100-acre K-12 campus in Falmouth Maine, a coastal community bordering the city of Portland. Our campus features extensive fields, trails, gardens and hoop houses, and rich opportunities for collaboration between schools. Equally important is our commitment to ensuring that all members of our community feel known, respected and appreciated as we work to fulfill our District Mission: Navigating Creative Pathways to Courageous, Compassionate, and Fulfilling Lives.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should have or be able to obtain the following: Maine State Fingerprinting, Falmouth Public Schools background check, First Aid, CPR, AED, Concussion and suicide prevention training. Coaches will also have to pass the NFHS Coaching Principles course. Other training may be required at the request of the athletic director and/or district.
Additional
Stipend amount: $4,162.28
The season will run from March 30, 2026 to June 13, 2026.

- Extensive knowledge of track & field.
- Ability to create strong practice plans for skill and strategy development.
