Serving Spirit Home Care is seeking a person of integrity and compassion to help serve the elderly in their homes by assuming a significant role within our company as Client Care Manager. The Client Care Manager plays a pivotal role in upholding Serving Spirit Home Care's commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring it permeates every client and referral source interaction. This dedicated individual is passionately devoted to not only meeting but surpassing client needs and expectations by delivering industry-leading home care services. The Client Care Manager reports directly to the CEO of Serving Spirit Home Care.
Responsibilities
- Represent and drive the Serving Spirit Home Care’s brand of delivering excellence in all interactions with both potential clients and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the Staffing, Scheduling and Recruiting Team by using measurable outcomes that hold each member accountable for delivering client service excellence, caregiver engagement, overtime reduction, and net margin improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with all fellow colleagues and caregivers to encourage professional excellence, loyalty, cooperation, and longevity.
- Work cooperatively with appropriate resources from outside service partners to keep our clients healthy and safe at home. This may include but not exclusive to Skilled Home Health Services, hospice care, aging life care professionals and technology.
- Completes assessments on new clients and serves as the point person for all client related issues.
- Exceed the expectations of home care clients for responsiveness, helpfulness, and friendliness.
- Respond as quickly as possible to all home care clients’ questions and issues.
- Initiate regular calls and visits to all clients to assess quality of care, likelihood of changes, and need for additional care or other Serving Spirit Home Care services.
- Signs on new clients to service by advocating for their needs and making appropriate care recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3-5 years of demonstrable success as a Client Care / Case Manager. Success means having met or exceeded specific departmental objectives for productivity or other measures of performance
- At least 3-5 years of demonstrable success providing exceptional customer service and support
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a passion for excellence
- Ability to stay organized and focused on what is important
- Ability to display initiative
- Ability to be resilient under strenuous circumstances
- Ability to be creative to resolve issues and challenges
- Ability to be both detail-oriented and strategic when warranted.
- Should possess a bachelor’s degree
- Possess good computer skills
- Possess fluency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Possess experience with a Medical / Home Care EMR System

- Salary: Competitive, and commensurate with experience
