The engineer will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support as needed.

· Responsibilities:
· • Provide on-site technical support to users (hardware, networking, troubleshooting).
· • Perform installations, replacements, and basic configurations.
· • Coordinate with remote support teams to resolve incidents.
· • Ensure proper documentation and reporting after each visit.
· • Perform Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support tasks.

· • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support (Level 1).
· • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting.
· • Ability to work independently and follow up on assigned tasks.
· • Must reside in San Francisco, CA USA and be available for on-demand visits.
