Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Servicing Collector located in Orange, CA. The Loan Servicing Collector will be responsible for daily collection activities, including contacting borrowers to resolve delinquent accounts, negotiating repayment terms, and documenting all communication and collection efforts. The role requires maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the efficient handling of loans and borrower inquiries.
Qualifications
- 2 Years Experience in Collections, Loan Servicing, and Asset Recovery *sub-prime is a plus*
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to loan collections
- Proficiency in using loan servicing software and call center solutions
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to document collection activities accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or related fields is a plus
