Position Summary
ServiceTrac is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Survey Operations Assistant to manage the daily operations of our survey processing division. This part-time role is critical to ensuring the timely and accurate handling of client data, from initial mail receipt to final data upload.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Excel, and has a keen eye for process improvement. This position reports directly to the Manager of Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end survey processing workflow.
- Perform daily mail sorting and preparation of physical survey documents.
- Operate scanning equipment to accurately digitize survey responses.
- Validate, clean, and load processed data into ServiceTrac's business intelligence platform.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Generate or assist with reports as needed by the operations team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., vlookup, pivot tables, data cleaning).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive mindset geared towards process improvement and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to report findings clearly.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
