Ideal Pro Products Solutions Engineering (SE) Manager candidate must be a hungry self-starter with a proven track record in SaaS Sales and knowledge of technology. Must be able to explain complex information and concepts in simple to understand and practical business context. The candidate will be organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must possess strong teaching and leadership skills to maximize the performance of his/her team. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally verbally as well as in written communication.

What you'll do:
  • Support sales efforts in client-facing meetings and calls by leading custom product demonstrations based on a solid understanding of customer business processes and workflows
  • Manage, train, and coach a team of Solutions Engineers, including Enterprise level SEs
  • In collaboration with Solutions Engineering leaders, implement new processes with SEs
  • Measure and hold accountable SE team to performance standards
  • Identify and institute processes to reduce onboarding rejection rate and improve sales close rate
  • Review demos, provide feedback and enforce demo quality standards for SEs
  • Report to Sr. Management on operational and financial KPIs
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with each SE
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pro Sales and Enterprise teams to quickly address challenges
  • Marry technical expertise, product knowledge, and industry knowledge with Sales Acumen in order to help close business and thoroughly educate customers on the product
  • Offer creative solutions to complex workflows against specific business requirements
  • Intimately learn the industry and use cases for ServiceTitan for a Residential, Commercial, and Construction Businesses
  • Maintain a general understanding of the competitive landscape and be able to articulate and demonstrate why ServiceTitan's product is the best-in-class solution for the service industry
  • Responsible for understanding Product Roadmap and be able to speak eloquently to upcoming releases and implications for business owner
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams and relay information to Sales Team
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

What you'll bring:
  • 2-4 Years in Solutions Engineer Role at a SaaS company
  • 1-2 Years in a Management Role preferred
  • Proven track record of success at previous companies
  • Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus

We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role isZone 1: $166,300 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WAZone 2: $155,400 USD Applicable for: All other US locations.This role is also eligible for a variable commission plan.International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary and variable commission, our total compensation package includes equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
