ConnectSydney, a joint venture of ServiceStream, Boral, and Johnson Controls, in partnership with Transport for NSW, is entrusted with the management of the Harbour Zone. You have the opportunity to support a diverse range of sites including the most iconic structures in Sydney! Our responsibilities encompass routine maintenance, strategic enhancements, and specialised projects aimed at bolstering Sydney's transport infrastructure. You will gain exposure to multiple facets of safety including safety management systems, incident investigations and learning, data analysis and reporting, human factors and risk reduction, and technology and innovation. About the program Our 2-year program is designed to support your personal and professional growth through a balanced mix of on-the-job experience, learning from others, and structured formal development. To be eligible for the program, you must: Have completed, or about to complete, a minimum 3-year undergraduate degree such as WHS, Engineering or Science within the last 5 years from a recognised university. Be available to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the program from February 2027. At time of application, hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
