SCOPE OF ROLE:

The Human Capital Management Solutions (“HCMS”) Department is looking for a detailed-oriented, organized, creative and technically savvy individual to join our HCMS Team as an HCMS Specialist. This role supports the maintenance of the various Human Resource Systems (HRIS/Payroll/Timekeeping and ATS) through employee-lifecycle processing, reporting, auditing, and compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
HRIS/Payroll/Timekeeping and ATS Systems
- Accountable for the processing of candidate data from iCIMS on-boarding into our UKG System to ensure accuracy of data
- Responsible for the accuracy of employee life-cycle changes including but not limited to, new hires, transfers, promotions, status, LOA’s, salary adjustments and terminations
- Verify accuracy of HR Actions and work with and or train managers on HR Action process
- Provides customer support, assist in researching and resolving problems
- Assist with testing system enhancements and new functionality
- Addresses end-user support cases as assigned
- Participates in training, including developing end user procedures, guidelines and documentation on HCMS processes/functionality
- Cross train on various module and perform scheduled activities
- Other duties as assigned
- Required Skills/Abilities
- Enhanced verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient with UKG/Kronos Workforce Dimensions or equivalent
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent work experience
- At least three years related experience required
- Basic Human Capital Management skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain high level of accuracy in a rapidly changing HR environment
- Ability to communicate sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner
