Data Entry Responsibilities
- Receive completed paperwork from technicians after installation is complete..
- Submit requests for each deployed device. (not for Training rooms)
- Update records in ServiceNow for both new and old machines.
- Process old machine name changes
- Maintain and update the Google Master Spreadsheet.
- Enter new device serial numbers and machine types.
- Document installer names and installation dates.
- Verify completion of all updates.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all records are accurate and complete.
Objective
- Ensure all device deployment records, asset management updates, and system requests are accurately completed and documented.
- The cutsheets have a designated place to check off when the process has been completed.
