ServicePoint has a customer seeking a Level II IT Technician for a direct placement full-time opportunity located in Moses Lake WA. This is 100% onsite. This role is designated 100% onsite with a our customers IT health care client in the Moses Lake, WA area. The tech will also support several satellite locations, so access to a reliable source of personal transportation is required. In this role you will be an initial point of contact for resolving or triaging client requests and providing a world class client experience daily. You will leverage our customers resources when appropriate to ensure that more complex client issues are resolved in a timely manner using our standard escalations process.

Level II IT Technician - Microsoft Environments

What You’ll Do
- Deliver top-notch customer service with every interaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including emergencies
- Mentor and coach junior technicians and Level One support staff
- Design, install, configure, and support desktops, servers, mobile devices, telephony, storage, networking, and software
- Work directly with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and upgrade Microsoft Windows Server OS
- Handle advanced malware, ransomware, and virus remediation
- Manage and organize server room cabling professionally
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Resolve backup issues and conduct restore tests
- Support virtual environments (VMWare ESXi, Hyper-V) with high availability
- Help clients harden security posture through policies and advanced tech
- Communicate clearly with clients on incidents, changes, and outages
- Provide on-site emergency repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Maintain inventories, track time, expenses, and keep thorough client logs
- Adapt to shifting schedules and client needs with professionalism and flexibility
- Follow all safety and compliance standards rigorously
- Participate in project planning, delivery, and continuous improvement efforts
- Associates degree in a tech-related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years as a Systems Engineer or similar role in Microsoft environments
- Preferred certifications: Network , Server , Windows Server 70-410, 98-365, or equivalents
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2008/2012/2016), Active Directory, SQL, SharePoint, Exchange, and backup technologies
- Experience with VMWare, Citrix, VPN, Terminal Services
- Familiarity with VoIP, voicemail, analog systems, and vendor-specific hardware/software
- MSP experience is a strong plus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client relationship skills
- Calm under pressure, eager to learn, and a great team player
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
