What You’ll Do
- Support and maintain AV systems built on Crestron and Biamp DSP platforms.
- Provide design, programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV technologies.
- Lead refresh projects (push/modify Crestron code, support Biamp DSP programming).
- Deliver training, documentation, and project support to end-users and IT staff.
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and campus teams on AV initiatives.
- 5 years of AV integration experience (installer, engineer, programmer).
- 3 years of Crestron programming & Biamp DSP experience.
- Strong AV design, integration, and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license (fleet eligibility required).
- Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
