What you get to do in this role:  

• As an Associate Product Security Engineer Intern on the ServiceNow Product Security Incident Response Team, you will be responsible for identifying security vulnerability insights and trends affecting the ServiceNow AI Platform.  
• In this role, you will interface with internal teams and indirectly with external security researchers to learn from and act on insights in reported vulnerabilities.  
• You will have the opportunity to execute a project that could influence where ServiceNow invests additional resources into proactive security remediation work.  
• A key part of this position is to learn and communicate about security issues that uniquely affect the ServiceNow AI Platform.  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:  

• Current enrollment in a full-time bachelor's program in Computer Science or a related discipline at an accredited university. 
  • Graduating December 2026, or later. 
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about software security vulnerabilities and problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 
• Experience with applied data science.
• Developer level proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python.  
• Ability to articulate complex issues to executives and non-technical audiences.  
• Requires authorization to work within the US after graduation. 
• Experience working with the ServiceNow AI Platform a plus.  
• OSWE certification a plus.  

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $49.66, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
