What You’ll Do:
Operational Leadership
- Manage a high-performing team of field technicians, delivering responsive, top-tier support across our entire service footprint.
- Set clear goals, provide steady coaching, and drive accountability and morale.
- Partner with IT leadership to track and manage department budgets.
- Monitor expenses, streamline vendor billing, and ensure financial alignment with organizational priorities.
- Work hand-in-hand with leaders across clinical and administrative teams to shape and implement a tech strategy that drives real impact.
- Build bridges across departments to make IT a proactive partner in care delivery, compliance, and growth.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture where IT professionals thrive.
- Prioritize staff development, long-term retention, and a sense of purpose.
- Execute infrastructure and support plans in partnership with the CTO.
- Help maintain system stability, scalability, and security across all sites—while supporting smart asset tracking and proactive tech upkeep.
- Bring clarity and calm to complexity. Balance strategic vision with real-time problem solving, and lead through change with emotional intelligence and integrity.
- 7 years in IT, with 3 years in leadership roles managing multi-site or distributed teams.
- Experience in healthcare, human services, or regulated industries—you know your way around HIPAA, EHRs, and data security.
- Operational savvy: budgeting, vendor management, documentation, and process improvement.
- A talent for translating tech into people-friendly solutions.
- Strong communication, strategic foresight, and a genuine love of building great teams.
