We are seeking a supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment.This position is responsible for overseeing multiple facilities and employees
This is a Monday - Friday Evening postion that does require a weekend rotation
Responsibilities include :
- Facilitate communication between quality assurance, clients & custodians to insure all needs are being met
- Perform quality assurance inspections and correct deficiencies
- Train staff
Requirements : To perform this job successfully, an individual must have previous experience coaching & supervising multiple positions / employees.
Valid Driver's License and Background Check required
Must have supervisor experience and commercial cleaning experience

Job Position Description :
Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of cleaning principles and team management abilities.
