What You'll Do
- Develop new referral relationships throughout the Treasure Valley
- Visit insurance agencies, property management companies, plumbing companies, real estate offices, and other local businesses
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing referral partners
- Make regular in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Educate referral partners about ServiceMaster's water, fire, mold, and restoration services
- Identify new opportunities and potential referral sources
- Attend networking events, trade shows, association meetings, and community events
- Help coordinate marketing and customer-appreciation events
- Assist with social media and other local marketing efforts
- Track contacts, referrals, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Work with management to develop new ideas for generating business
- Represent ServiceMaster professionally throughout the community
- Sales, marketing, business development, or customer service experience preferred
- Restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or related industry experience is a plus
- Outgoing personality with strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable approaching and introducing yourself to new people
- Self-motivated and able to manage your daily schedule
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Professional appearance and communication
- Basic computer and social media skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel throughout the Treasure Valley during the workday
