About Us
ServiceMaster by QRT is a growing restoration company specializing in water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, reconstruction, and emergency response services throughout the Portland markets.
We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Marketing & Account Representative who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and creating opportunities. If you're motivated by helping people, developing business relationships, and growing your income through performance, we want to talk with you.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, realtors, and commercial clients
- Generate new referral opportunities through networking and prospecting
- Attend and host networking events
- Conduct property walk-throughs and commercial facility visits
- Present restoration services and emergency response capabilities to decision-makers
- Sell Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and service agreements
- Perform regular follow-ups with referral partners and key accounts
- Manage sales activities and opportunities through CRM software
- Track pipeline performance and referral sources
- Manage and grow your assigned territory

Requirements
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to travel throughout the Portland/Vancouver metro area
- Professional appearance and communication skills
