Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive air duct and HVAC system cleaning according to NADCA standards and best practices.
- Inspect, diagnose, and document the condition of air ducts and HVAC systems before and after cleaning.
- Operate specialized equipment, such as rotary brushes, air whips, vacuums, and compressors, in a safe and effective manner.
- Identify and report any system deficiencies, mold, or contamination issues to management and customers.
- Educate clients on air quality improvement and maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and client communications.
- Comply with all safety guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient job completion.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
- Current NADCA certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in HVAC preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in air duct cleaning or HVAC maintenance.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, air flow, and contamination control.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety instructions, and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
