This position requires a minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience.
What You’ll Be Doing – Key Responsibilities:
• Perform rough and finish carpentry with skill and precision
• Assist with drywall installation/repair and painting as needed
• Document each job by uploading photos and notes through a company-provided mobile app
• Participate in required on-call rotation for emergency board-ups (evenings/weekends as scheduled)
What the Job Looks Like – Employment Details:
• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Overtime as needed
• On-call rotation for emergency board-ups (required, 1 week per month)
What We’re Looking For – Ideal Candidate:
• Strong time management skills and reliability
• Able to bridge communication between the Project Manager and the customer
• Organized problem-solver with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
What We Require of You – Must Haves:
• Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience
• Must pass a background check (to age 18) and pre-employment drug screening
• Active Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record for past 5 years
