The Restoration Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that properties are restored to their pre-damage condition.
Duties
Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
Conduct fire restoration services by cleaning soot and smoke damage from various surfaces.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the restoration project.
Communicate with clients regarding the restoration process and provide updates on progress.
Skills
Proficient in water damage restoration techniques and equipment.
Experience in fire restoration methods is highly desirable.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in restoring properties.
Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
