What You’ll Do:

As a valued ServiceMaster Clean Floor Technician, you’ll be trusted to maintain and transform floors into sparkling showcases. With ServiceMaster’s tools and methods, you’ll tackle:

• Daily Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Carpet Maintenance: Shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard Floor Restoration: Stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Team Support: Moving furniture and managing supplies.
  
  
  

Your work will make a tangible difference, and we’ll provide the training to ensure you master every aspect of floor care, from operating equipment to identifying different flooring types.

What You’ll Need:

• A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.
• The ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs. throughout your shift.
• Experience as a floor tech is a plus but not required—we’ll train you!

ServiceMaster PBM of Lincoln is looking to hire 2 Full Time Project Crew Technicians to join our SMPBM Team! We are a family oriented and locally owned small business in Lincoln, NE.

Project Crew is a specialty crew that primarily specializes in Floor Maintenance and Restoration. Common tasks include stripping and waxing floors, extracting carpets, deep cleaning of walls, ceilings, and equipment. As well as completing general housekeeping tasks as needed.

The starting pay for this position is $17.00/hr. After 90 days of employment your wage will go up to $17.50/hr. Once you have reached 6 months of employment your wage will go up to $18.00/hr.

Project Crew will report to our office located at 2626 O Street daily, get nightly assignments, load up work vans with supplies needed for the night, and travel between facilities as assigned.

Must have seven day availability (will have days off) and an open schedule. Typical schedule Monday-Friday 7:00pm-3:00am, however hours may vary depending on the project, including some possible day time and weekend work on occasion.

Versatile general labor experience is a plus but NO experience is required for this position, we offer on the job training, and work on developing employees skills, if you are willing and have the drive and desire to improve your skills, we strive to provide opportunities to employees and want to invest in your career and personal development as an employee and helping you succeed in your daily life!

Project Crew Requirements:

• Ideal candidate skills flexibility, attentive to detail, organized and a self starter.
• Be able to pass multiple criminal background screens for various customers. (no theft charges or felonies preferred)
• Use of a smart phone with data and internet access is needed for training and clocking in.
• Ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
• Have a valid drivers license (preferred) with the ability to drive company vehicles.
• Open availability for Emergency, Weekend and/or Daytime Projects as needed.
