At ServiceMaster of Seattle, we help homeowners and businesses recover when water, fire, mold, storms, or freezing temperatures damage their properties. Your job is to build relationships with insurance agents, so they know who to call when a customer needs help.

The opportunity

This is a field-based, face-to-face marketing role focused on earning trust and generating customer referrals. You’ll visit insurance offices throughout King County, get to know agents and their teams, and keep ServiceMaster of Seattle top of mind through consistent visits, useful information, and thoughtful follow-up.

You don’t need to arrive as a restoration expert. Bring curiosity, confidence, and a willingness to learn. We’ll help you understand our services and how they support insurance agents and their customers.

What you’ll do

• Introduce yourself to insurance agents and build lasting referral relationships through regular office visits.
• Help agents understand our restoration services and the support available to their customers.
• Plan your daily route, schedule appointments, and follow through on commitments.
• Participate in community events and meetings with referral partners.
• Record visits, notes, and next steps in our customer relationship management system.
• Work with leadership and operations to support customer needs and turn relationships into referral opportunities.

·         Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or community outreach is a plus.

Schedule and location

• Full time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Field-based throughout King County, with most of your day spent visiting referral partners.
• Autonomy to organize your route and appointments, with clear expectations and team support.
• Home office: 21220 87th Ave SE, Woodinville, WA 98072.

Compensation and support

• $23–$25 per hour, plus bonuses.
• Last year’s total compensation range, including base pay and bonuses, was $56,600–$70,000.
• Paid training and ongoing support.
• Growth opportunities within a stable, locally established company.
