We serve a large territory including Gwinnett, Barrow, Walton, Oconee, and Clarke Counties. We need a few more good people to serve our customers. If you have a sincere desire to help others, you may be one of those people.
If you have good people skills we can train you to be a Disaster Restoration Technician. Work experience desired, but not required, is:
- Water Damage Restoration
- Fire Damage Restoration
- Mold Remediation
- Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
- Construction Repair such as drywall, trim, flooring
- IICRC Certifications
You must have a good driving record and be a responsible adult. This is a permanent position, not a temporary job "until something better comes along." Many of our employees have been here for years and they enjoy what they do.

Responsibilities and Duties
In this position you will:
- Scope water and fire damage jobs
- Perform necessary actions to dry and clean structure and contents
- Monitor and report drying progress of jobs
- Explain procedures to customers and insurance personnel
- Rotate being on-call for disaster calls
- Provide the best service possible
Training is provided. You will use company-owned vehicles, tools and equipment, and will lead and direct others in compliance with insurance company programs. You will be responsible for filling out paperwork properly and timely and for being on time to jobs.
Qualifications and Skills
A clean driving record is essential, and we perform periodic background checks. If you have former felony convictions you need not apply.
IICRC Certifications are a definite plus, as is experience, but they are not required. We train in-house and through schools.
