Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces regularly to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a spotless environment.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, toilet paper, and cleaning products to ensure availability at all times.
• Dispose of waste properly by emptying trash bins and recycling containers according to established protocols.
• Maintain cleaning equipment by inspecting, cleaning, and reporting any malfunctions or needs for replacement.
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to minimize hazards and ensure compliance with sanitation standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
• Good physical stamina and mobility to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
