About the position:
We are looking to add a water mitigation project manager to our team. The position is full-time, Monday – Friday, with a rotating on-call schedule. Position open for immediate hire. Compensation dependent on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead teams of mitigation technicians in day-to-day operations (Job set-up, drying, demolition, etc.).
- Inspect jobs and prepare job scope.
- Communicate with customers regarding process, scheduling, and job progress.
- Accurately document jobs by taking notes, taking photos, obtaining necessary signed documents, and monitoring the loss using industry software/platforms.

Requirements:
- Lift up to 70 lbs.
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Restoration industry experience (preferred)
- IICRC certification (preferred)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
