What You’ll Do:

As a Floor Technician at ServiceMaster Clean, you will be responsible for maintaining and restoring floors to a clean, professional standard. Using our proven tools and methods, your duties will include:

• Daily floor care: sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming
• Carpet maintenance: shampooing and spot cleaning
• Hard floor restoration: stripping, waxing, and polishing
• Team support: moving furniture and handling supplies

Your work will have a direct impact, and we’ll provide the training you need to master every aspect of floor care—from equipment use to identifying different surface types.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs during your shift
• Floor technician experience is preferred but not required—we provide training
• Team-oriented attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
